Digital tools without a unifying banner

Sika had a growing suite of advanced digital offerings that enhanced the performance of its core products—but no cohesive way to signal how they fit together or where the portfolio was headed. Without a clear, future-facing name, the story stayed fragmented and harder to scale.

Name the system, not the features

Rather than label another product, we needed a masterbrand that promised what customers value most: peace of mind, predictiveness, sustainability, empowerment, and trust. A single, evocative name could carry the portfolio forward and make the benefit instantly legible.

Explore widely, then champion decisively

Northbound generated and pressure-tested a wide range of names against category norms, portfolio stretch, and preliminary trademark checks. When “SikaVision”—a direction also surfaced internally—emerged as the clearest, most extensible platform, we advocated for it through market noise, including concerns after Apple’s “Vision” launch, reframing “Vision” as Sika’s unique vantage point on performance.

A banner that aligns teams and accelerates adoption

SikaVision became the comprehensive name for the digital suite—clarifying purpose, unifying roadmaps, and making it easier to introduce new capabilities under one promise. The result: simpler storytelling for customers, stronger internal alignment, and a scalable identity for what’s next.
